NO walk ups allowed with the exception of Friday Evening Open Beach.  Because Storm Beach assigns coaches to team levels based on the number of players in practice groups, we need to know who is coming ahead of time.  You must sign up ahead of time in your assigned group.  Please email NWAJSbeach@gmail.com if you have not been assigned a group.  

 INFORMATION FOR SPRING 2024

Stormy Beach is a junior beach program in NW Arkansas. We provide training and competition opportunities in the Delta Region and strive to provide innovative beach programming. 

We are excited to announce information for our 5th season of beach volleyball!

We have determined that smaller, more intentional skill-based practice groups will yield more competitive practice/play and better results.   

 Players WILL be assigned to practice groups based on skill level, and not limited to age groups. Players will not be assigned partners and are encouraged to sign up for practice times with their chosen partner/partners.

Ages: 12U-18U
Dates: Practices will begin the week of April 29th, 2024
Beach "Rust Buster" sessions will be offered during Spring Break… skill evaluations will be provided/conducted during beach rust buster sessions.
 

Spring Practice Times (SESSION 1) 4/29 - 5/30 10 Sessions:

11-13s 4:30-5:30 ($200)
14-15s 5:30 - 7 ($300)
16-18s 7-8:30 ($300)
 

June Practice Times (SESSION 2) 6/4 - 6/27 12 Sessions:

11-13s Tues/Wed/Thurs AM TBD($240)
14-15s Tues/Wed/Thurs AM TBD ($360)
16-18s Tues/Wed/Thurs AM TBD ($360)

Fridays: OPEN BEACH FREE TO STORM BEACH TEAM MEMBERS 

  • 12U-13U 4:30-5:30pm $5 for non-storm beach members
  • 13U-15U 5:30pm - 7:00pm $10 for non storm beach members
  • 15U-18U AND ADULT OPEN BEACH $10 for non-storm beach members

UNIFORMS:
We have a Club uniform; however, they are not required in order to compete.  If interested, the beach uniform will be available through the club starting at $75

USAVB membership is required. If athlete played club this season their membership will be current.  You can join the USAV Delta Region and purchase a $10 summer membership of you do not already have one.

Depending on the tournament, an AAU or AVP membership may also be required for participation for a nominal charge.
